Denise Prudhomme, 60, was found dead at her desk in Tempe, Arizona, four days after last clocking in, authorities confirmed.
Prudhomme clocked in at 7 a.m. on Aug. 16. She was discovered at her desk on Aug. 20, prompting security to alert the police.
Prudhomme’s body was found at her third-floor desk, leading to a call to the police by on-site security. She was pronounced dead at 4:55 p.m.
The cause and manner of Prudhomme’s death are still pending as the Office of Medical Examiner conducts an investigation.
